General terms:
The placing of an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page. Venue for both parties in case of dispute shall be the City and County of Broomfield Colorado, USA.

All items are subject to prior sale, and are on a first-come basis. MAR Historical reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time without notice.

Ordering:
Orders can be placed by sending us an e-mail with the numbers of the items you are interested in, by phone, or by using our online shopping cart system.. For orders placed using e-mail or via the shopping cart, MAR Historical will send you a confirming email verifying the availability of the item(s) and the shipping and handling options and charges.

The buyer always has the option to have a shipment insured. If a shipment is not insured, MAR Historical will not be responsible for damage during shipping, including water damage, creasing, crushing, folding or other damage. Insured parcels that are received damaged should be noted with the delivery agent at the time of receipt (get a note from the carrier including signature) and notify MAR Historical as soon as possible. This will help ensure the correct and speedy resolution of an insurance claim.

Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment:

• Checks and money orders drawn on a US account
• US Dollar Checks and money orders not drawn on a • US account with a $5.00 bank fee added
• Visa/MasterCard
• Paypal
All customers in France and Germany must comply with all applicable laws regarding Third Reich Historical items.  I can not accept Payal payments for any Third Reich related item shipping to France or Germany.  Payment by direct Euro transfer to my German bank account for items conforming with applicable laws is available.

Payment in full must be made prior to shipment and before the ownership of the items is transferred to the buyer. Shipment will only be made after the payment has been verified or has cleared. Buyer will be responsible for all bank fees associated with payments drawn on non-US accounts and for bank transfer fees.

Guarantee
We have a full money back guarantee for all lots returned within 14 days after receipt in original packing. Please send us an e-mail or call in advance. We will refund the full price excluding postage and handling costs.
